INTEGRITY

“Success will come and go, but integrity is forever. Integrity means doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances, whether or not anyone is watching. It takes having the courage to do the right thing, no matter what the consequences will be. Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose…”

— Amy Rees Anderson, Forbes Contributor

25 Years of Dedication

We are still the region’s only independent, non-profit organization of air medical professionals. That means we have complete freedom to always put the patient’s interests first. We have no affiliations with a specific health system, which could affect our decisions. We fly patients to key trauma centers in the Central NY and Finger Lakes regions. And there are no shareholders to satisfy. We provide care to anyone in need, anywhere within our 150-mile flying radius range.

Committed to Community

We’re committed to the local community. Our primary base is still where we started in Canandaigua, with another base in Marcellus and in Rome. Our revenue and our resources all stay right here in New York State. Our outreach services include partnering with regional hospitals and emergency response agencies to provide educational seminars and training for local EMS communities.

Advanced Technology

We’re focused on staying at the forefront of medical technology. Our aircraft are equipped with the most sophisticated technology, from night vision goggles to ultrasound machines. Combined with our expert nurses, paramedics and volunteer medical control physicians, we can handle virtually any medical emergency.
